I once owned Backwoods BBQ and Ribs in Erwin until a nasty divorce. I have ribbons, plaques and trophies from competitive smoking of meats. Used to cater on site BBQ too. I like, love to cook. I just do it for fun and friends now. I make critically acclaimed ribs and mesquite brisket though. I would be happy too cook for this group anytime. Low country boils, fresh crab cakes, home made cobblers and pies. Dang I miss it.
Man, and Erwin (TN?) isn't far from where I work! If only I had known, I would have happily tried that delicious food!
