Another alternative in battery-powered gear:
Heated Gloves, Heated Jackets, Outerwear, and More at Brookstone

Does anyone have some experience with battery-powered heeated gear?

I'd Love to have no wires, but now that I have everything Gerbing I'll be sticking with it at least for this season!

battery heated gear

I have a Gerbings litium battery powered vest..it is 2 years old and keeps me warm when rideing..I chose battery power so that I can wear it at seahawk games and hockey games here in kent..I believe it is an online order from gerbings direct...My gloves operate on 4 AA batteries and come from Hammacher Schlemmer - Homepage - The Unexpected Gifts - Hammacher Schlemmer they cost $25 and this is also my 2nd season(also use at football/hockey games).Dual purpose drove me to make these purchases
