In retrospect....

It's a nice looking bike, especially the 'Nortonesque' black and gold Blestaf edition. I'm not at all fond of the plated tank with the signature. I've seen some of Triumph's 'one off' designs in the past, designs that weren't widely accepted by the public. There was something pretty tacky about clear lexan primary sprocket covers and scarlet vinyl headlamp covers. Too bad the bike isn't made in England but rather in Taiwan. I'm proud to say that my '02 Bonnie is English, made in it's entirety at the Hinkley plant. I'm also proud to say My R3 was assembled at Hinkley with some parts made in Taiwan but most of British origin.
