Wow, two dealers and now at the Aussie training center?! That sucks.
Probably end up being the tiniest little thing too, like an unseated pin on an ECU plug or something.
Don't loose faith in Triumph though, sounds like they are stepping up to the plate and trying. Would HD go so far on a bike out of warranty? What's Triumph doing about the charges? Have you had to pay a bunch of money for no results?

Sounds too dumb, but if you ever use the kill sitch (which I don't use), could it be faulty and not releasing? Just a thought. Can't see what could be wrong and not showing up on the computer.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Frank not a bad idea but if the kill switch is bad I would think the bike would not turn over.
I do not ever use my kill switch just the key but I seem to remember if it is off the bike does not spin over. Fuel pump relay is a good one if that has not already been changed.

The ECM controls EVERYTHING. But if it's been to the dealer, that's one of the first things they should have checked. I don't know of any decent mechanic that doesn't have a box lying about to plug in to a dead vehicle. Same with the fuel pump relay and crank angle sensor. All modern vehicles start at the pickup coil, to the ECM, to the ignition coil, plug wires and on to the plugs.

I thought the ECM had been replaced?

If it's not the ECM, Crank angle sensor, ignition switch or coil then it's gotta be the wiring in between. I doubt all the plug wires and coils quit at the same time, so it's gotta be wiring or grounds.

So Triumph gave up? Thats weird.
What did they say? "can't fix it, come pick it up"?
