Audio cable mounting

Anybody found a good place to mount these? I had them mounted just in front of the rear tire on the left hand side on the black plastic in front of the shock. Turns out that the pavement is not the only thing that my new Dark Side was chewing up. I had routed them from the battery and in between the rear fender and tire. Keeps me from having to take the seat off to plug and unplug. They go to the StarCom Advanced
