High Idle

I got home from work today and the R3 was idling at 1700 rpm, and would not go any lower. I revved it up but it would not drop. I turned it off and a few minutes later started it back up and it idled ok at 850 rpm. Does anyone have any idea what would cause this. It did this once before and I dropped my standard tune in it and fixed it.
Any ideas.

I have had the same thing happen just lately, not quite that high areoun 1400-1500. Spank it, blip it, it just don't slow up. I think it needs a 12 minute time out. I've got the time just savin up for the wasted gas
