| | Looks good.
It should fit the bike like a glove when you are done.
It also looks like a couple of the welds will be fairly tight... Not a lot of room to work on the last tube.
Good luck.

| | You've got a sharp eye, WT... that last piece is a compound 'S'. |

| | im sure he'll just tack, pull each tube, backfill with argon and weld up. done deal. i would use black string in the end though walt, color cordinated and all . read a how to for db readings. sae is sound meter .5 meters behind, at the same height as the outlet and 45 degree angle to the line of travel with the micro pick up pointed to the rear of the bike. |

| | You got it, Sam. I'm told the argon fill is particularly important for no weld splatter inside the tubes. |

But I'd be happy to give you a parts list and the suppliers. Then you'd just have to find someone that can plan the tubing curves, cut, grind, and weld it up. |

Made a pretty nice set of T-304 stainless headers for an old Mopar flathead six once. Sounded pretty mean!
I would definitely be interested in the suppliers, though! I know of Classic Tube... and that's about it (used them to supply the small-diameter tubing I used for my riding mower).
