The Post Count variable isn't a number that keeps up with actual posts. It is automatically updated when you make a post, but isn't modified for most other functions. For example, if you delete one of your own posts in most cases it won't change your post count.

I did a database rebuild, which included post counts. A query was run that re-counted all posts and updated all respective profiles; which reduced everyone's post count to some degree - including my own.

No Paul Stanley posts were deleted

Thanks for the explanation, I feel a little better now I think. I guess to be a "Living Legend" will just take a little longer....I was sooooo close before.

I feel your pain. I was a Living Legend( in my own mind) and now I'm back to Top Fuel. But I will be back

i might make it to living legend when I'm 60. only 27 years to go.

Four "Living Legends" currently left, as far as I know :

1. Sidecar Flip (6'015 posts)
2. HeR3tic (3'129)
3. Toystoretom (2'543), but he has apparently withdrawn from the Forum
4. Jamie (2'225), but... I now ride a T'Bird

Has anyone had to rebuild a R3 motor for high mileage.Has any one blown up a stock R3 motor?How many miles should I expect to get on the motor?The reason I ask is I have mine up for sale with 49,000mi. and people think this is a lot of miles.Is there a forum on this site that talks about this?Thanks Mike P.
