| | | Update on my accessories saga I bought my R3 on 4/26 and a long list of accessories at the same time so it all went into the purchase price for loan purposes. The dealer told me all the stuff had arrived, after almost two months, so I took the bike in yesterday to get it put on. Oops, guess what, Triumph sent the wrong floorboards for the second time and it will be another two weeks until they get the right ones from You Kay. I thought this only happened with Italian bikes. Grrrr. |

| | For the second time The wait time can be miserable for sure. You'd think Newnan GA would have some response to the issues of such a long wait; as if, they'd stock parts for quick delivery and customer satisfaction. It's sure enuf a reason to be infuriated; one could imagine a long awaited road trip held up by ineptitude. |

| | | Get Some Sort Of Rebate I'd be the squeaky wheel that wants the grease. Call Newnan every day and send emails to customer service. I'd find out whether the order was messed up at the dealership or at Newnan.
Sounds like you should be given a few of the trinkets for a discount for all the inconvenience you've had to endure.
Let us know the outcome.

| | | I ordered a few accessories when I bought my R3T. They trickled in over a few months. The last thing to arrive were the heated grips, got here June 1.
I have also ordered some accessories from MADSS. My driving lights arrived missing part of the wiring harness and my luggage rack was missing half the bolts. Scott at MADSS took care of the wiring harness in short order, and Ace Hardware took care of the missing bolts.
IMHO Triumph needs some work on their quality control. And, when they state 'Over 70 Accessories Available', what they really mean is 'Over 70 Accessories will be Available Someday'.

| | | boggles me I just don't understand why you would run your business so that customers would be standing there ready to buy and be so inept that you can't get the product to them.
I wonder does Triumph ever access this site to find out what's going on with its buyers? I know BMW does that. |

| | | There have been some accessories that were in the catalog that they never produced ie chrome clutch and brake levers.
