Tuneboy help.....Won't start?

I updated the software in my laptop for tuneboy. Loaded the correct tune and unchecked and removed the O2 sensor. It started up afterwards but the check engine light was on. I today installed the DynoJet O2 sensor eliminator and tried to start it to load it up and haul it 5 hours to Denver CO which is where my nearest Triumph dealer is to listen to the "Paint Can Rattle" and try to get that figured out. But now it won't start. I pulled the tank, pulled a plug. It has spark and it's getting fuel but won't run? Anyone have any ideas? I am supposed to leave at 5am and if it doesn't run it will be hard to show them the noise! Thanks.....Craig

I removed the eliminator. Put the O2 sensor back in pulled plugs and checked for spark and fuel. Double, triple and quadruple checked the tunes, I was told on the phone that the noise might be the timing chain tensioner. I am not so sure it didn't skip a tooth or several and throw the timing completely off? That is my guess at this point. I had to load up my bike in my enclosed trailer instead of the back of my truck and am hauling it to Denver tomorrow or should I say in about 3 1/2 hours. So much for sleeping again tonight. Major frustration when things don't work as they should!! 1400 miles, I guess she must be worn out already.........

Timing

If the timing is out be careful not to bend the valves.

Probably too late to help...

Did the fuel pump prime after loading the tune?

Kill Switch

It's not the last thing to check for sure. PM knows a bit about the kill switch, eh?

Yes, and isn't there something with burned out headlight bulbs too?

It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities to accidentally switch the kill switch to off, while you're down there dinking with the O2 sensor.
