Touring set up

Just thought I'd post a few pictures of my tour set up to Daytona and Key West.
The first is with the T-bag itself and as I accumulated more t-shirts I went ahead and picked up the T-bag roll bag in Ft. Myers. The original T-bag comes with the strap down cover for the roll bag.

The T bag itself has 2 additional zippered pockets on each side and comes with a rain cover. It also has wheels on the bottom and a handle that telescopes out on the back of the bag (above the sissy bar pad strap) for pulling it after you.

The T bag roll bag also has a zippered side pocket on each side with a rain cover as well.

Also added the Kuryakin highway pegs as well.

I'll be posting pictures of my new Zumo 550 GPS next.
Dennis

Wow, you could sell advertising on the back of that bag! I admit there have been times when I wished I had that much storage. I like your black and red, very classy.

Nice set up. Do you know what the dimensions are on that T bag? Looks bigger than my leather trunk that I have. I'm going to New Mexico and maybe Colorado in a couple of months and will need plenty of storage. I'll be hauling gear for two. Glad you had a good, safe trip, sounded like a lot of fun. What's next?

Does the wind ever get ahold of that much surface area and bother you?

The wind never bothered the rig that I know of, of course with that much HP and torque I don't think the Rocket would have even noticed it. Whenever I wanted to accelerate I just twisted the throttle and away I went.

As for the dimensions on the t-bag, I'll go out to the shed tomorrow and get that for you.

As for what is next in the way of a trip...don't know yet.

Snuff, The website for the T Bag is www.tbag.com. The dimensions for the big bag (known as the Rt. 66 model) is H=20" X W=16.5" X D=9". The small saddle roll on top of the Rt. 66 is called the "Rigid Saddle Roll" and is 16" wide and 9 inches in diameter. Hopefully your dealer can give you a discount on one.
Hope that helps.

Thanks Dennis, I'll look in to that. I'm going to compare that to the size of the one I already have.

A slight correction on the URL. It looks like it should be www.t-bags.com or www.tbags.com.
