92% of Brits Agree, Rocket III Top Shelf

I'll bet we rank right up there in the America's.

Triumph Motorcycles wants you to test ride their highly acclaimed Rocket III or Rocket III Classic to see if you agree with the 92% of Rocket III owners who rate the overall performance of their bike as ‘outstanding’ or ‘very good’. Test ride one of these magnificent machines before the 31st May 2007 and you can enter a prize draw to win your very own Rocket III Classic.
As the King of the Power Cruisers, Triumph’s Rocket III is the largest capacity production motorcycle in the world with dazzling looks, fantastic performance and an amazing specification. The fuel-injected, twelve valve powerplant has a cubic capacity of 2294cc which can be effortlessly controlled thanks to its low-centre of gravity and secure handling. The Rocket III and Rocket III Classic can both be personalised with a complete range of factory accessories, ranging from stylish chrome parts to the highest quality 4mm aniline leather panniers.
If you want to see what all the fuss is about, head down to your nearest participating Triumph dealer for a test ride. After you have experienced the thrill of the Rocket III for yourself, fill in the test ride form and return it to Triumph. Triumph will send you a small gift for sharing your opinions on the Rocket III and all completed forms will be entered into the grand prize draw to win a Rocket III Classic.

Seems a touch silly to me. I mean, if you ask just about any owner of a particular bike they'd sing high praises. You're asking the cook about his baking. While I certainly think it's false, as the Rocket is a powerful motorcycle, I also think that the poll isn't all that valid.
The Rocket is probably the quickest and fastest big cruiser that's offered today. Not many people are buying them not knowing what to expect.

YMMV

Hero Blob,
I agree with you, but what I'd be interested in is how a 92% approval for Rockets stacks up to other bike owners approval rating. Maybe Motto Guzzi is only 68% approval or Harley Electro glide 98%. Inquiring minds want to know Hero Blob.

I think that is from a JD Power survey. I was sent one last fall and it asked all sorts of questions like that. What I wonder is what was said about aftermarket support, manufacturer accessories and dealer network.

Me too Brian. I'll do some research.

100% of this Owner

I took my R3 from RPM cycle in Dallas five days ago and I an 100% satisified I made the right decision. The right daeler and the right bike. The only issue I have is trying to stay off the throtle. I would like to have another one, maybe a different color. I could ride it on Sundays.
